VoIP Readiness

The messages concerning the business benefits of moving to a ‘Converged’ network have been widely broadcast for many years. The earlier concerns relating to the coexistence of voice and data on the same network infrastructure, the availability of dial-tone across a corporate network and of security are now more-or-less answered.

VoIP is now a mature technology, which many corporate customers are now embracing. As with any new adoption, there is an inevitable cost-of-change - and the ever-present cost-of-failure!

TARCA have developed a VoIP readiness consultancy service in response to requests from our customers; some of whom had already embarked on a VoIP migration and got caught out, and some who understood the business benefits, had heard the horror stories and wished to get it right first time.

The TARCA VoIP readiness consultancy will provide a complete solution; starting with auditing what the customer already has, or requires, through the processes of design, simulation and implementation, right through to final acceptance testing and sign-off. In keeping with TARCA’s philosophy, this service is designed to be flexible and modular, so that we only provide as much, or as little, support as proves to be needed on a case by case basis.
