Triage
The TARCA Triage Service is an integral part of the TARCA resolution process, and something that sets us apart in our approach to fault resolution. In our experience, when an application performance issue is apparent on your network, it’s usually the case that you will find that more than one problem is actually affecting the infrastructure. This 'multiple-fault' scenario often makes the resolution process more challenging for many others, often resulting in the perception that the problem is intractable.
With a true end-to-end understanding of all the ‘transactions’ that take place in support of the operation of your business applications, TARCA will then identify the fault, or faults, and review these with you. We will portray these in a way that is easy to identify the problem(s) in relation to each other.
We will then assess the resources required to resolve the problem(s) and work with you to determine the criticality each of these faults have to the effective operation of your business. By undertaking this process of prioritisation, the TARCA Triage Service will assist in arriving at an appropriate action, enabling progress to a successful resolution in a timely fashion. |
